committee meetings
I see that we do not intend to send a Senior Team overseas. Is there anywhere I can look and see the way this decision was made, like International Committee Meeting minutes.? I think this is quite important to discuss, seeing how we are making a big deal about transparency these days.

I suggest you contact Derek Evennett who is the Chair of the International Committee. He can probably explain and share the reasons for the decisions. The Board leaves these matter up to that committee which does have a Board representative on it.
