NATIONAL CONGRESS PAYMENTS
STILL HOPING FOR A NATIONAL CONGRESS.
As per previous years, we ask that full Congress registrations and those who take NZ Pairs/ Restricted Pairs and NZ Teams/ Restricted Teams packages will pay for their packages by the end of August…which means by 31st August.
This year is different, special. We cannot guarantee there will even be a National Congress at this point. However, we can guarantee that if you have paid any registration fees for this year’s National Congress…and that the Congress has to be cancelled….that you will receive a full refund.
We will not enforce a late payment fee this year for those who have not paid by 31st August. The climate is not right to do so.
However, we are doing our best to run a good Congress for all those who want to play. In return, we ask you to pay in advance of Congress no matter whether you are registering for one of the above packages or are just playing in one or two events.
Thanks for your co-operation and here’s hoping refunds will not be necessary.
