Cambridge Bridge Club has offered to run the Waikato Interclub Teams this year. We are looking forward to hosting this event at our clubrooms in Fort St Cambridge on Sunday 23rd June 2024.
There are three grades/sections - Open, Intermediate and Junior. Each Waikato club may enter one team in all three grades but if they do not have enough players for all three grades they club may enter a team in one or two sections. The top two teams in each grade are selected to play in the Waikato Bays Interclub Teams final later in the year.
Cambridge Club will organise the scorer, director(s), catering and caddies. There will be a cost of $40 per team - $120 for three teams per club. In order to plan we are asking for expressions of interest by 30th April. This will not lock a club into playing but will help with our planning. However, the entries close on 16th June and no entries or withdrawals of teams can be made after that date. Players may be substituted as long as a full team that has been entered arrives to play!
