Be online at 9:15 for 9.30am start!! Finish about 5.30
The session starts at 9.30am. You must sit at the assigned table and in the assigned direction.
We are playing 3 boards a round, with 21 rounds. This is a seeded field and we are playing a switch Mitchell. This means that you may find yourself sitting in either direction when play starts or when we move for the next round.

Play starts at 9.30am and players must be seated by 9.25 at the very latest. We will play 10 rounds with 20 minutes per round for 30 boards and anticipate finishing the session at 12.50pm. We will have a 40-45 minute lunchbreak and then restart. The restart time will be advertised before session 1 ends. This time will supercede any other published time.
When play finishes, please exit the session.

REGULATIONS
The NZ alert regulations apply. Pre-alerts can be made to your opponent’s by copying from a document on your device and pasting to the chat screen when you arrive at a table. Pre-alerts should cover those bids that are self-alerting (cuebids, X, XX or non-alertable calls above 3NT). They should also include basic carding and any unusual carding methods.
If there is a dispute about system and explanations you may be required to email me a copy of your system card with any relevant notes or a link to any such documentation.
The Director must be called for any ruling. Undos may be allowed by the Director for any unintended calls- (Law 25). Unintended plays will be rarely given in line with policy in NZ and Australia.
