When is it too late to claim a revoke?

I was directing at a club event.

The round had been called, and the e/w pair had moved to the next table after agreeing the score and entering it in the bridge pad.

Then after thinking about the hand, the e/w pair claimed there had been a revoke during the play of the hand.  They went back to the n/s pair and suggested this situation, but that pairing was already playing its next hand.  They came to me as Director.  I said I would look at the matter at the end of the session.

I checked the rule book and found Law 64 B.4 - attentionwas first drawn to the revoke after the round has ended.

In between times the n/s pair had asked what was going on, that they couldn't remember if a revoke had occurred or not, and had been disturbed in their play of the next hand by the claim.  I told them I would discuss it at the end.

At the end of the evening, the e/w pair came and asked me for my ruling. At that time they claimed that not only had there been one revoke, but that there had been two different revokes, in the same hand.  I told them what my ruling was.  They weren't that thrilled with it, and suggested I needed to seek higher authority on it, but were happy enough that night to let it go (neither team had a great night at the table).

So my question is, was my ruling correct, or not?  If not, how should I have handled this situation?

    Hi Jan

If you are sure of the facts
And thats a big "if" in a situation like this

    Law 64C1 kicks in

Although it is too late for the "automatic trick adjustment" the non-offending side should still be compensated for any damage

But you would need NS to agree (and not under duress) they had revoked
Or its flamin obvious from the hands there must have been a revoke
