Is there a digital master copy of the teaching manual for beginners with continuous pace numbering?

I'll add a "+1" to Christine's request. At Crockfords, we print out the complete set of Beginners' lesson notes, together with the Quiz and answers, and the Hand records. We get them spiral-bound at Warehouse stationary and charge $10, which almost covers the cost of the photcopying and binding.
The advantage of having the individual sections as we do now is that it is possible to insert extra material - we add the "Bridge house" and "Bridge thoughts for Juniors". We have also added a page on ettiquite. But having a compiled set of notes with page numbers would certainly save a bit of effort.

I'm also teaching Beginners at the moment, and adding some material to the NZB notes.
It is possible to take all the material and stitch it together into one PDF (I use PDFSAM).
Then convert to Word ( I use Zamzar website), add page numbers, Export to PDF.

Thanks for your comments Nick and Giles. Next year when we plan our lesson delivery and resources needed, I must remember to find out about PDFSAM and Zamzar!
