Having none partner ? Are you sure ?

I have AKxxxx in diamonds against a spade contract.   I lead Ace then King which is ruffed.   Dummy has a third diamond and so partner must have the Queen remaining.   I gain the lead and play a low diamond and partner discards.   I ask "Having no diamonds ?"   "No".

Now I know the Queen hasn't appeared.   Am I allowed to ask partner again ?

    Thats an interesting one!

I'm only guessing but I would say "no"

That you know someone must have revoked is information you shouldn't be divulging IMO

    Anyone know for sure?

I agree with Nick's comment. I wouldn't ask partner again. But maybe declarer revoked on the trick they ruffed? Assuming partner isn't deliberately lying about having no diamonds, they could have it stuck behind another card. Maybe it's stuck behind a card in dummy. I'd call the director, because either way it'd be better to correct or establish the revoke early.

yeah.   I was the director :)   Partner had it stuck behind another card.

But I think in hindsight I should have kept quiet after the first enquiry.
